A proud moment for Indian Sports says kiren Rijiju

New Delhi: The stage is all set for third cricket Test match at newly built Motera stadium near Ahmedabad in Gujarat. This will be a Day/Night match to be played  between India and England with pink ball. Most important thing about tomorrow’s event is that President Shri Ram Nath Kovind will formally inaugurate the stadium with biggest spectators capacity of one lakh ten thousand. The Home Minister Amit Shah will also grace the occasion.

On the eve of the match Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju visited the stadium on tuesday and breifed about the special features of facilities by BCCI Secretary Jay Shah.

Rijiju wrote in his FB post, “A proud moment for Indian sports! Hon’ble President Shri Ram Nath Kovind Ji will inaugurate the largest Cricket Stadium in the world at Ahmedabad tomorrow. A vision set by PM Narendra Modi Ji & executed by HM Amit Shah Ji is here. Thanks Shri Jay Shah, Secy BCCI who briefed me about the world class facilities”.
