New Delhi: CT Higher Secondaray School, Mayang, Imphal, Manipur; Pilgrim Higher Secondaray School, Dimapur, Nagaland & Gurukul Kurukshetra, Haryana recorded high scoring victories in their respective group stage matches of the 61st Subroto Cup Juniour Boys (U 17) Football Tournament played here at different venues.

The school from Manipur beat Gyanmata Higher Secondary School, Daman & Diu 20 – 0 while the Nagaland school beat Fountainhead School, Surat, Gujarat 16 – 0. Gurukul, Kurukshetra, Haryana beat Pathways School, Noida 11 – 0 in the high scoring matches of the day.

The tournament will see 16 matches played tomorrow at Ambedkar Stadium, Tejas Football Ground and Subroto Park Football Ground.
