New Delhi: Tennis fanatics and sports lovers across India will rejoice as the fourth edition of TPL is all set to launch on the 7th of December at the Balewadi Stadium in Pune. Promoted by the likes of Leander Paes and Sania Mirza, the TPL was conceptualized with the vision of promoting tennis in India and globally..

The opening ceremony will kick off with much pomp and show. Among the performances are SK Music Works, who have also been commissioned to compose the theme song for the TPL. SK Music Works is also fresh off a scintillating performance at the FIFA World Cup in Doha.

Siddharth Kasyap, music composer of SK Music Works, said “to perform at a global platform like the World Cup, was a surreal experience”. Their performance was appreciated by nearly all the forty performers and they were thrilled to receive the recognition.

“We found the perfect amalgamation for the World Cup, and we are excited to share the theme song with the world at the opening ceremony of TPL”. Composing the theme song was a natural fit for SK Music Works, in their words it is about an indomitable spirit and the will to persist. “It is about winning, even after losing and it resonates across all walks of life”.

Siddharth further added that “music needs to connect your soul … it can be any genre, any instrument but it needs to be soulful”.

At the opening ceremony, SK music will also be featuring inspirational hits such as “kesariya” and “Ilahi” and they are really looking forward to sharing the interpretation of these iconic songs. Be sure to tune it and give it a listen.
