New Delhi:  DG RVS Cup (2 Goal) Polo tournament started today with Five teams participating. (Kara, Salvo, Cavalry-RVC, Army Service Corps and NAVY_RVC). Tournament will be played on half league format. Finals will be played at 1600 hrs on Saturday, 13 Mar 2021 at Army Equestrian Centre, Delhi Cantt.

Opening match of the tournament was played today at Army Equestrian Centre Delhi Cantt between Kara and Salvo in which Kara beat Salvo by 8 goals to 4. Mr Hurr Ali scored 4 goals, Maj Anant Rajpurohit scored 2 goals and Deepak Udar scored 2 goal for Kara where as Lt Col Asish Samantaray scored  2 goals and Maj RK Gautam scored one goal for Salvo who  started with 1 goal on handicap.

Second match of the day was played at Army Equestrian Centre Delhi Cantt between Army Service Corps and NAVY-RVC in which Army Service Corps beat Navy-RVC by 5 goals to 1. Cdr Akhil Sirohi scored 2 goals, Sep Ravinder Mang scored 2 goals and Mr Rehat Singh Virk score 1 goal for Army Service Corps where as Dfr Rambir scored one goal for Navy-RVC.

Tomorrow’s fixture :- Finals of RMRM Gold Vase (8 Goal) at Jaipur Polo Ground, New Delhi.
