SGTB Khalsa, Shyam Lal, and DU Alumna Teams Triumph in PSPB Baba Deep Singh Hockey Tournament

New Delhi. Shyam Lal College, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, and the Delhi University Alumna team registered victories on the fourth day of the 5th PSPB Baba Deep Singh Hockey (Men’s and Women’s) Tournament.

In the men’s category, Shyam Lal College continued their winning streak by defeating Hansraj College 3-1. Pratyush Singh Jaggi, Harsh, and Manmohan each scored a goal. Harsh was given the ‘Player of the Match’ award.

The host team, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, defeated Kirori Mal College 2-1. Rushil and Vipin scored the goals for Khalsa College, while Sahan Singh scored for Kirori Mal College. Sagar from Khalsa College received the ‘Player of the Match’ award.

In the women’s category, the Delhi University Alumna team routed Bharti College with a score of 8-0.
Neelam scored three goals—including a hat-trick—while Zehra scored two; Meena, Manju, and Sangeeta each contributed one goal.
