New Delhi: Yoga is always considered as a way of healthy life for physical fitness and mental peace.

Now, Yogasana has become the part of competitive sport, after the struggle of many decades. Sportspersons and common people, all over world, have been practising Yoga. Indian sportspersons practice Yoga to win medals at school, College and National level. The credit for Yoga awareness, in recent times, goes to the Indian Government led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

In a workshop conducted today by the department of Swasthvritta & Yoga at All India Institute of Ayurveda ( AIIA), most popular Yogacharya Bal Mukund Singh  was welcomed by the faculty members of the institute.

This workshop was very helpful for the participants as Bal Mukund Singh is one of the best Yogacharya of the country, who learned the art of Yoga under world famous Yoga Guru Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari.
