SUBROTO CUP GIRLS U-17 QUARTERFINALS TO BE PLAYED Today

New Delhi: The quarterfinals of the 61^st Subroto Cup Under – 17 Girls, will be played on Friday  here at the Ambedkar Stadium and Subroto Park Football Ground.

In the first quarterfinals Wangoi Higher Secondary School, Imphal, Manipur, will play against Tripura Sports School, Agartala and quarterfinal two will see R.K.S Girls High School Majrwa, Siwan, Bihar, take on Mata Rukmani Kanya Ashram, Jagdalpur, Chattisgarh. Both these quarterfinals will be played at the Ambedkar Stadium.

The third quarterfinal will see GSSS Alakhpura, Bhiwani, Haryana, playing against Lewrynghep Secondary School, Mohgaon, Meghalaya. The final place in the semifinals will be decided between Khonang Higher Secondary School, Dibrugarh, Assam and St. Patrick’s High School, Gumla, Jharkhand. The third and fourth quarterfinals will be played at Subroto Park Football Ground.

All eight schools have qualified for the quarterfinals by topping their respective groups and will now fight for a place in the semifinals of the most prestigious Inter School tournament in the country.
