New Delhi: It may look strange but this is happening in University of Delhi. Inter University Cricket Tournament will start from June 16 and Trials to select the Delhi University team is scheduled on June 14. This information is given in a letter, dated 10-6-2022, of Delhi University Sports Council.

It seems that Delhi University Sports Council is quite sure that North Zone Inter University Cricket (Men) Tournament will not start on the given date as they have mentioned the word ‘tentatively’ before writting the date June 16, 2022.

Meanwhile, North Zone Inter University Cricket (Men) Tournament for the year 2021-22 is scheduled to be held tentatively from June 16, 2022 onwards and Trials to select Delhi University Cricket Team will be held on June 14.

Selection Trials for Delhi University Cricket (Men) Team for North Zone Inter University Cricket (Men) Tournament for the year 2021-22 will be held on 14th June (Tuesday), 2022 at 09:00 am at Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College.

All the colleges and Institutes of University of Delhi can send their outstanding players along with College Identity Card, Eligibility Performa and accompanied by Team Manager for the Selection Trials. They shall report to Dr. L.M. Datta, Convenor, Cricket (M) Selection Committee.

The Tournament is scheduled to be held tentatively from 16th June 2022 onwards at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur (UP).
