Pratap Singh, hailing from the serene village of Aurangabad in Palwal District, Haryana, has been elected unanimously as the Chief Executive Officer of the Federation International AAINBALL (FIAB)

New Delhi: In a groundbreaking turn of events, Pratap Singh, hailing from the serene village of Aurangabad in Palwal District, Haryana, has been elected unanimously as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Federation International AAINBALL (FIAB). This prestigious announcement comes in the wake of a historic election held during the International Aainball Congress in Morocco from December 15 to December 19, 2023.
Born into a family rooted in agriculture, Pratap’s journey to the zenith of Aainball leadership is nothing short of remarkable. His father’s service in the Indian Army instilled values of discipline and dedication in Pratap, shaping his character from an early age. After completing his schooling in a JCB School, Pratap pursued an MBA at Stratford University, equipping himself with the skills and knowledge that would later propel him to the forefront of the Aainball world.
Pratap’s passion for rural sports and fitness led him to establish the YOTI FOUNDATION in 2013. Initially focused on organizing events like cricket and kabaddi, the turning point came in 2014 when during Int’l sports meet, he encountered Mr. Humane, who was researching on Aainball idea. convinced by the potential of Aainball, Pratap redirected his efforts, leading to the establishment of the Int’l Aainball Federation as a co-founder which got registered in 2015 in Morocco. Later on in 2019 it was decided to shift the int’l headquarters to France and finally Mr. CEO got the full support to establish the Int’l headquarters in India now.
The YOTI FOUNDATION’s commitment to Aainball gained momentum with the organization of the Aainball 1st National in Haridwar in 2018, marking a significant milestone in the sport’s development in India. Defence & Security personal played a pivotal role in Indian Aainball journey while Lieutenant General Y.K Joshi was the key person behind the successful completion of Brig Usman Aainball Championship in J&K in 2021 where OIC countries participated and MHA and PMO acknowledge the event, Vice Chief of Indian Naval staff Vice Admiral S.N Ghormade acknowledged the Pratap’s efforts and became the instrument to introduce Aainball at the first batch of Agniveer training. While Gujarat police accepted the Aainball training in their battalions and same time Wg cdr Satish Aparjait (Former President IGU) is the main advisor of this whole success. Pratap Singh have created the young leadership in more then 250 districts of the nation and thousands of players are the beneficiaries continuous national and Int’l events.
The recent decision to relocate FIAB’s international headquarters from France to India is a testament to the global recognition of India’s role in fostering Aainball’s growth. Pratap Singh’s pivotal role in this relocation process, coupled with his nomination as CEO, underscores his influence and dedication to the sport.
During his visit to Morocco, Pratap engaged with H.E Rajesh Vaishnav, the Indian ambassador, to discuss the diplomatic strides made through Aainball sports. Expressing gratitude for the ambassador’s support where excellency acknowledges the Sports Diplomacy in our Int’l relations. NRI like Shri R.K Mehto (Dubai) came in the support of this achievement and bringing investments in alignment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision to position India as a global sporting tourist destination. Federation is ready to launch the “Mother’s Fitness Festival” an Int’l league in the support of 2036 Olympics which is scheduled to be host in Ahmedabad.
As Pratap Singh assumes the role of CEO at FIAB, the Aainball community anticipates a new era of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence under his dynamic leadership. His journey from a humble village in Haryana to the forefront of international Aainball governance is an inspiring testament to passion, perseverance, and the transformative power of sport.
