New Delhi: A historic Javelin moment yet again for India. Neeraj Chopra has won Silver medal in Men’s Javelin Throw with his best throw of 88.13m at World Athletics Championship at Oregon (USA) on Sunday. Another Indian Javelin thrower Rohit Yadav got 10th position.

Competing in his 1st major event & World Championships debut, the 21 year old Rohit Yadav got credible 10th position in Men’s Javelin Throw final at World Championships Oregon 2022. His best throw of 78.72m came in the 3rd round.

Eldhose Paul finishes at 9th position in the Men’s Triple Jump final event; achieved the best jump of 16.79m in the 2nd round.This was his debut at the World Championship.
