New Delhi: Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College and Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (ARSD) registered easy victories in the 3rd Swami Dayanand Saraswati Inter-College T20 Day-Night Cricket Tournament.

Thanks to outstanding performances by Dhruv Kumar (66 off 43 balls, 7 fours, 4 sixes), Aarav Dahiya (51 off 35 balls, 5 fours, 2 sixes), Mehul (3 wickets for 8 runs), Rohit Rai (34 runs and 3 wickets for 18 runs) and Anant Srivastava (2 wickets for 2 runs), Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College (229/6 in 20 overs) defeated Shivaji College (all out for 103 in 15 overs) by 126 runs.

For the losing team, Rohan scored 22 runs and Pranjal added 21, while Rohan and Dhairya Malhotra took two wickets each. Rohit Rai was awarded the Man of the Match.

In another match, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College defeated Shaheed Bhagat Singh College by 42 runs. Playing at the host PGDAV College’s ground, ARSD scored 226/1 in 20 overs. Aryan Kumar (81 off 50 balls, 9 fours, 2 sixes) and Paras Pandey (38 off 16 balls, 5 fours, 2 sixes) batted aggressively. Abhay (3/60) and Prakhar Gupta (2/30) were the successful bowlers.

In response, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College team was all out for 184 runs in 19.1 overs. Vardan Suri scored 62 and Abhinav Mishra made 29 runs for their team. Aryan Kumar and Paras Pandey also took three wickets each. Aryan Kumar was awarded the Man of the match.
