New Delhi: Brilliant performances by Rounak Rao (3 for 37 and 22 runs), Aryan (46) and Abhishek Tiwari (3 for 10) helped Shyam Lal College beat Aryabhatta College by 3 wickets to enter into the pre-quarterfinals of the Delhi University Inter College Cricket (Men) Tournament 2025-26 here at Swami Shraddhanand College Ground.

Earlier, in the first round match Shyam Lal College defeated Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (Evening) by 7 wickets.
Shyam Lal College’s Captain Vinay Negi won the toss and decided to bowl first.
Aryabhatta College was all out for 157 runs in 30.3 overs. In reply Shyam Lal College scored 160 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 34.3 overs and won the match by 3 wickets.
