Ravi Raj and Devansh Bisht Shine as Shyam Lal College Enters Khelo DU Cricket Tournament Semifinals

New Delhi: Ravi Raj and Devansh Bisht shine with bat and ball respectively as Shyam Lal College defeated Shivaji College by 128 runs to enter into the semifinals of the Khelo DU Cricket Tournament organized by Delhi University Student Union here at Sri Venkateswara College Ground.

Batting first Shyam Lal College team scored 204 for the loss of 3 wickets in stipulated 15 overs. In reply, Shivaji College team were all out for 76 runs in 10 overs. For the winners Ravi Raj (78, 36 balls, 4×6,10×4), Ayush Panchal (53, 30balls, 2×6,6×4), Paras Jaishwal ( 34, 9 balls, 2×6,5×4) and Aryan Sharma( 23, 14balls, 1×6,3×4) batted well and Devansh Bisht (2-0-3-5) and Sandeep (3-0-26-2) bowled brilliantly.

In the previous match, Shyam Lal College beaten Sri Aurobindo College by 4 wickets. Asmit (31), Ravi Raj (2/8) and Sandeep(2/21) performed for the winners.

Earlier, in the first round match Shyam Lal College (Morning) defeated SLC (Evening) by 7 wickets. For the winners Ayush Panchal (24), Vinay Negi (18) and Anirban Ghosh (17) and Sandeep (2/18) shine with bat and ball.
