The prestigious league will commence on March 26, 2025.The opening match will witness an intense face-off between FCI Head Quarter and Delhi Audit at 10:00 AM at East Vinod Nagar Sports Complex, Delhi.

To popularize football in government, non -government and other departments and recruitment of talented players, the Delhi Soccer Association has decided to promote the institutional football league.

The DSA Institutional League has long been recognized for its highly competitive nature, fostering the growth of football players and providing them with invaluable opportunities. Many participants have leveraged their performances in this league to secure respectable government jobs, further solidifying the league’s significance in Indian football.

It is worth mentioning that a few years ago, DSA Institutional Football was held every year, in which government, semi -government department, banks, Insurance companies etc. participated. There was a time when the institutional teams were more powerful than local clubs. Departments like FCI, DESU, AUDIT, DDA, RAILWAY, DTC, CUSTOM, PNB, RBI, SBI, Bank of India, etc. made a big identity in Delhi’s football.

This season, the league is set to follow a structured format featuring two groups, with multiple governing organizations actively participating. The return of the Institutional League marks an exciting chapter for Delhi football, promising thrilling encounters and a showcase of exceptional talent.

This year the participating teams are: Food Corporation of India, Delhi Audit, DTC, DDA, ESIC, All India Medical Institute, Reserve Bank, FCI, Northern Railway, Ministry of Housing and Urban, Bank of India, Custom, Central Excise and NTCL.

They have confirmed their participation.

Football enthusiasts, sports professionals, and stakeholders are eagerly looking forward to witnessing the competitive spirit and sporting excellence that the DSA Institutional League has always been known for.
