Delhi University Alumni team’s defender Manita received SNS Woman of the Match award.

New Delhi: Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education & Sports Sciences (IGIPESS) defeated Shri Ram College of Commerce 5-2 in the men’s category of the 10th Padmashree Shyam Lal Memorial Hockey Men’s and Women’s Tournament. Indira Gandhi Institute of For the winning team, Farman scored two goals, Gurmukh Naveen and Chandrashekhar scored one goal each. Yogesh and Hrithik scored one goal each for Shri Ram College of Commerce.
Farman received the SNS Man of the Match award in this match.

SGTB Khalsa College defeated Kirori Mal 10-0. For Khalsa College, Mohit Dhankhar scored three goals, Altaf Pulkit Ankit scored two goals each, Manish scored one goal. SNS Man of the Match was awarded to Harsh Tewatia.

In the women’s category, Delhi University Alumni defeated Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education 2-0. Sunita scored both the goals for the winning team. Manita received the SNS Woman of the Match award.

Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College defeated Bharati College 3-1. For Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Meenakshi scored two goals and Anju scored one goal, while Muskaan made a call for Bharati College. Rekha was awarded SNS Woman of the Year. Got the match award.
