New Delhi: The Delhi Cyclists – a premium cycling community celebrated five years of ‘DC for DC’ through their annual cycling ride on Sunday. Over 50 cyclists along with DC Toli (Delhi Capitals’ official fan community) gathered at Essex Farms for a 50km ride to and fro from the Gurgaon-Faridabad toll gate to showcase their support for the Delhi Capitals.

The Delhi Cyclists is one of the largest cycling groups in India. The group, which was formed with just 4 members in 2010, has more than 10,000 followers on Facebook and around 5,000 followers on Instagram.

The cyclist group conducts two rides a week – Wednesdays and Sundays. A varied spectrum of professionals such as engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs and so on take part in rides which span a distance of 50km to 100km.

The Delhi Capitals will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in their next match of the TATA IPL 2023 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on Monday.
