KHO KHO WORLD CUP 2025 MATCH SCHEDULE RELEASED

New Delhi: Kho Kho World Cup 2025 will kick off on Jan 13 with the opening match between the host India, and Nepal to be held at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium at 7 pm. This was announced by Sudhanshu Mittal, Chairman Kho Kho World Cup organising Committee here on Tuesday.

The Men’s teams have been divided in four groups. India Nepal, Peru , Brazil and Bhutan have been placed in A group. South Africa, Ghanna , Argentina , Netherland and Iran have been placed in B Group .
Bangladesh, Srilanka ,South Korea , USA and Poland have been placed in Group C while England , Germany , Malaysia , Australia and Kenya have been placed in group D.
In women’s category , India , Iran ,Malaysia and South Korea have been placed in Group A , England , Australia ,Kenya Uganda and Netherlands in Group B , Nepal ,Bhutan ,Sri Lanka , Germany and Bangladesh in Group C . South Africa , New Zealand,Poland ,Peru and Indonesia have been placed in Group D in Women category .

20 Countries from six continents will play a total 90 matches during the mega event. Quarter-final matches in both men’s and women’s categories will be played on 17th January. Semi-finals in the men and women categories will be played on 18th January, 2025.The final matches in both men and women categories will be played on 19th January.

Women final matches will be played 1900 hours while Men final matches will be played at 2015 hours
Host India will face Nepal in the opening day on 13 th Jan at 7 pm in Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium .
