Delhi State Junior Swimming Championship From July 31; Delhi Team for National Championship Will Be Selected During the Championship

New Delhi: The three-day Delhi State Junior Swimming Championship will be held from July 31 to August 2 at the Swimming Pool Complex, Government School, C-Block, Mangolpuri, Delhi.

According to S.R. Sahu, Chairman of the AdHoc Committee of the Delhi Swimming Association, all participants must bring their proof of age along with a UID identity card, which is mandatory for every swimmer.

Sahu said that boys and girls from all age groups will participate in the championship. The competition will feature events in Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Individual Medley (IM), and Freestyle Relay.

He further informed that the Delhi team for the National Junior Swimming Championship will also be selected during this championship. The National Championship is scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from August 18.
