He also gave the significanceof ‘Yogasanas’ in the COVID pandemic which helps to boost the immunity and how the ‘Yogasanas’ plays a role in purifying our body. The keynote guest Swami Shyama Chaitanya Ji enlightened and motivated all the participants throughout his lecture sessions.
The 5 days of lectures session by Swami ji were very motivational and enlightening. Swami Ji explained about Brahmna Gyan, Vedantas, Karma Yog, Bhakti Yog and many other things. He gave a lot of life lessons to
the students that they can inculcate in their lives so that they can have a successful future. He also explained
about the importance of Yoga.
The 12 days yoga session that we had guided by Dr. Sunita Pooniya was very productive. “Yoga is the cure of
every disease”, She said . Problems like diabetes, thyroid, mental health, Back pain and many others can be
cured using Yoga. Yoga can also help in post recovery from Covid by practicing certain asanas like Tadasana.,
Paschimotanasana, Vajra asana (including pranayayama) ,Suryanamaskar etc. which helps in strengthening the
lungs which is the main symptom of post recovery from Covid and also practiced “Yognindra” for mental well
being and happiness. Yoga is known for providing spiritual peace inside and outside. Those who suffer from
mental problems should definitely do Yoga like Tadasana, Trikonasana, Vrikshasana ,om chanting etc. are some
asanas that help in mental peace. Likewise every asana that we perform has some or the other impact on our
body. She also suggested a good diet along with a good schedule. With this 17 days workshop of “Integrating
