2nd S.S. Khungar Memorial Sports Fest – Athletic Meet

New Delhi: The second day of the 2nd Shri S.S. Khungar Memorial Sports Fest – Athletic Meet was a testimony to the unwavering enthusiasm of the participating children. Even though adverse weather conditions necessitated the reduction of the originally planned three-day event to just two days, the energy and passion among the young athletes remained undiminished.
Under-16 events, which featured the 100-meter sprint, 200-meter race, 4×100-meter relay, and 110-meter hurdles, were nothing short of spectacular. The competitions witnessed incredibly close finishes, as the athletes demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, delivering edge-of-the-seat moments for the
spectators.
The atmosphere on the field was electrifying, with children fervently cheering on their fellow athletes. The finals provided goosebumps-inducing excitement, leaving
everyone in awe.
In a heartfelt closing statement, the Principal Mr. Kanwaljeet Khungar, extended his sincere appreciation to all those who made this event possible. He also expressed gratitude to the participating schools and the talented athletes who made the event a resounding success. Mr. Kanwaljeet Khungar concluded by promising to continue organizing similar events in the future, providing a platform for young athletes to showcase their talents and nurturing the spirit of sportsmanship.
