 New Delhi: Unbeaten Centuries by Yajas R Sharma and Dhruv Singh helped Bal Bhavan Dwarka enter into the 41st All India Laxman Das Chhabra Memorial cricket tournament final here at St. Stephen Ground, Mori Gate. In the semifinal Bal Bhavan Dwarka defeated HCA Pioneer Cricket Club by 7 wickets.

Batting first, HCA Pioneer Cricket Club posted a massive total of 333/9 in 40 overs. Samant Jakhar played a brilliant unbeaten knock of 75 runs, smashing 7 fours and 4 sixes. Mayank contributed 65 runs, while Avneesh Sudha added 33 runs. For Bal Bhavan Dwarka, Suryakant Chauhan starred with the ball, claiming 3 wickets, while Arjun Raipuria picked up 2 wickets.

Chasing the huge target of 334, Bal Bhavan Dwarka produced a sensational batting display and reached 336/3 in just 25.5 overs. Yajas R Sharma played a breathtaking unbeaten innings of 176 runs off just 74 balls, including 15 fours and 15 sixes. Dhruv Singh also hammered an unbeaten 105 runs off 49 balls with 7 fours and 8 sixes.

For his explosive match-winning innings, Yajas R Sharma was awarded the UST Man of the Match award by Mohinder Chhabra. The Kimati Fighter of the Match award was presented to Samant Jakhar.
