New Delhi: Shri Gurdeep Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of NTPC Ltd., graced the Khelo India Para Games with his presence on Friday and presented medals to the winners in the Para Powerlifting event. He affirmed NTPC’s unwavering commitment to promoting inclusivity and excellence in Indian sports.

The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) inked a key deal with the Sports Authority of India last year, wherein NTPC will be supporting for the growth of Archery in India for a period of 5 years, starting 2023-24. They have also committed a total amount of Rs. 115 Cr for the period.

The NTPC CMD lauded the grit and perseverance of the athletes as well as met teenage sensation para archer Sheetal Devi on Friday. He also reiterated NTPC’s commitment to supporting such initiatives that celebrate inclusivity and diversity.
