Mumbai: The Mumbai leg of the HCL Squash Indian Tour 2025, a PSA Challenger event, came to a fitting close at the iconic Otters Club, delivering high-intensity squash and crowning two new champions on Indian soil.

Tanvi Khanna and Veer Chotrani clinched women’s and men’s titles in HCL Squash Indian Tour’s Mumbai Leg.

The week-long event, from September 8-12, featured 48 top-ranked professionals from 11 countries—including Egypt, Malaysia, France, Japan, and hosts India, turning Mumbai into the centre of world-class squash action.

In the women’s final, Tanvi Khanna from India displayed composure and precision to edge past opponent and top seed from Egypt, Amina El Rihany in a gripping contest, taking the title with a scoreline of 11-9, 11-6, 1-11, 11-8. In the men’s category, Veer Chotrani from India outlasted opponent Cho Him Wong from Hong Kong in an exciting final, sealing victory with a scoreline of 11-6, 11-6, 11-7 amid loud cheers from the packed gallery.
