New Delhi: Indian Archer Jyothi Surekha defeated World Record holder Sara Lopez of Colombia 149-146 in Women’s Compound Archery Final to clinch her 1st Individual World Cup gold medal at the Archery World Cup being held in Antalya.

Jyothi prevailed over former world champion Sara Lopez of Colombia 149-146 to claim her second gold of the tournament.

Jyothi and Ojas Deotale had earlier defeated Chinese Taipei’s pair 159-154 in the compound mixed team event to open India’s medal account.
