New Delhi: South Delhi Superstarz have assembled a strong and balanced squad at the Delhi Premier League (DPL) 2026 Auction, blending established performers with promising young talent as the franchise gears up for the upcoming season.

Ahead of the auction, the franchise retained Ayush Badoni, Sumit Mathur, Sumit Kumar, Anmol Sharma, Aman Bharti, Divansh Rawat and Vision Panchal, ensuring continuity by keeping together a strong core that has been instrumental in the team’s journey. The retained group brings a wealth of experience, familiarity, and balance to the squad, providing a solid foundation for the upcoming season.

The biggest highlight of the auction was the successful use of the Right to Match (RTM) card to bring back star wicketkeeper-batter Tejasvi Dahiya for ₹40 lakh, the highest bid of the auction. The franchise also made significant investments in left-handed batter Pranshu Vijayran (₹11.50 lakh), all-rounder Pranav Pant (₹9.75 lakh), all-rounder Ankit Dabas (₹8.25 lakh), and left-handed batter Sanat Sangwan (₹5 lakh), strengthening the team’s core ahead of the new season.

In addition to these marquee signings, South Delhi Superstarz added Anshuman Hooda, Karan Garg, Vivek Kumar Tiwari, Deepanshu Gulia, Ekansh Dobal, Yamit Sehrawat, Sagar Tanwar, Tushar Duggal, Raghav Agarwal, Rishabh Sharma, Kartik Yadav, Ankur Kaushik and Adviteeya Sinhan to complete a well-rounded squad.

Speaking after the auction, the South Delhi Superstarz management expressed confidence that the team has the right blend of experience, youth and versatility to mount a strong challenge for the Delhi Premier League 2026 title.
